A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Women's worker within our Nottinghamshire Change Grow Live service. Some women may have experienced trauma & have a genuine reason not to be able to work with men, do you have experience in this area?
You will deliver a bespoke service to complex females with substance misuse issues, including assertive outreach to women who are homeless, and women living in refuges, with a view to enabling them to access services and improve their life opportunities. This role will involve a lot of multi-agency working with other agencies and female specific services, so experience in working this way is essential.
You will be open, compassionate, and driven to provide the very best care and support for everyone. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple teams internally and externally.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st September 2026
Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 pro rata*
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
