We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to contribute to the development and ongoing success of the CGL service. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven in order to meet the expectations of this challenging role. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the production of prescriptions. They will also provide effective administrative support, and will offer organisational and administrative services to the team to contribute towards its aims and objectives.

Working Hours: 30 hours per week*
Salary: £25,077 per annum* (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our prescribers and clinical team. You’ll ensure our appointment systems run smoothly, coordinate clinical diaries, and communicate effectively with GPs and other professionals.
Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of support our service users receive — helping us maintain safe, efficient and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing effective clinical administrative support for our service, with the focus on positive outcomes for our service users always in mind.
Providing administrative support to our team of doctors and non-medical prescribers.

Experience within a healthcare or social care setting, or a qualification in IT, office administration or customer service.
