We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Opiate Team Leader to join our Coventry Service.
You will lead, supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring interventions are trauma informed, recovery focused and aligned with national guidance and local strategies. You will maintain strong partnership working relationships and promote continuity of care and safeguarding.
The Team Leader will be accountable for performance management, quality assurance, safeguarding compliance, and the achievement of key performance indicators. They will support staff development through regular supervision, case oversight, and reflective practice.
This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of substance misuse and the ability to risk manage effectively whilst driving service improvement and positive outcomes for individuals and communities.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £35,220.59 - £37,184.90*
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
