We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior MARAC Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users with complex needs. You will ensure that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.  

 

The post holder will be an integral part of our Social Work team, working in a multi agency role representing CGL and our service users within the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference.

 

Where: Hatfield

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,002.35- £34,214.20*

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

About the role: 

 

  • Attend all Hertfordshire MARAC's as the CGL representative 
  • Support recovery workers with domestic abuse cases and completing referrals to MARAC
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ensure records are updated in an accurate and timely manor

 

About you: 

 

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field. 
  • Knowledge and experience of multi-agency working and establishing partnerships with other professions to achieve good outcomes for the service user group. 
  • Ability to communicate complex information to individuals and groups in a way that is easily understood. 
  • Written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of personal IT competency.
  • The ability to accurately update and maintain records in a timely fashion and to work to deadlines for the submission of information. 
  • Excellent team working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a highly cooperative approach to supporting colleagues in delivering service objectives.
