You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting frontline teams with administration, coordination, and communication. From managing schedules and records to liaising with key stakeholders, your work will directly contribute to delivering life-changing support to those in need.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary: £25,077.00 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Permanent

Be the first point of contact, ensuring all calls, visits, and enquiries are handled professionally and with compassion. Reception cover being the face of the service
Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping to support service operations.
Minute-take at meetings, ensuring accurate documentation for team discussions and decisions.
Collate, monitor, and report key data and statistics to help improve service delivery.
Maintain efficient filing systems and support general office organisation.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the team has what they need.
Manage petty cash systems, following financial procedures under senior guidance.
Coordinate office operations, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and prescription administration.
