We have an exciting opportunity for a CYP Data Administrator to join our Lambeth Service.

 

Working as part of the Data team, the post holder will be responsible for data quality, analysis and reporting – ensuring the service continues to learn and grow. They will also offer administrative support to the wider service

 

Where: Lambeth 

Part Time Hours: 22.5 hrs per week 

Full Time Salary: £25,077.00 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service by:

  • Supporting the collation and submission of statistical data to meet contractual requirements and enable accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating local and central databases to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
  • Recording and managing data to ensure compliance with contractual, administrative, and financial standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and data collection in line with NDTMS, Public Health, and Change Grow Live performance frameworks, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
  • Serving as the central contact for all data-related matters and responding to regular and ad hoc requests from the Services Manager, Service Data Lead, and other senior management.
  • Experince of social media, using Canva. 

 

About You

We’re seeking an organised, detail-focused individual who can ensure the effective management of data and administrative processes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Knowledge and experience of general office procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Experience of working in a young person focussed setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding concerns in relation to children and young people.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with data collection systems (e.g., NDTMS, Public Health) and proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS.
  • Proven ability to maintain and manage databases effectively.
  • The capability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and professional approach to working with people.
