From April 2026, we’ll launch an innovative model designed to empower recovery, improve health outcomes, and create safer communities—and we want you at the heart of it.

 

Where: Luton   

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week  

Full Time Salary Range: £46,683.60- £51,101.95 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for recovery-focused services? ResoLUTiONs is seeking a Deputy Services Manager to help drive the development and delivery of integrated drug and alcohol recovery services for adults and young people in Luton.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Service Manager in leading a multidisciplinary team, managing service operations, and fostering a culture of empowerment, hope, and positive change. You’ll oversee a wide range of interventions including medically assisted recovery, harm reduction, outreach, and criminal justice services, while ensuring high standards of governance and performance.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven management experience in substance misuse services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • A commitment to social justice, diversity, and service user empowerment
  • Experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and partnership development
