  • Contributing to Meaningful Activities: You’ll help design, deliver, and evaluate group activities that are creative, impactful, and tailored to those you support.

About you:

This role is for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and determined to empower others to overcome challenges. Whether your experience is personal, professional, or both, your unique perspective and willingness to grow make you an ideal candidate. If you’re ready to bring your energy, compassion, and resilience to this role, we want to hear from you.

  • Lived Experience or Understanding of Substance Use Challenges: Your personal journey or understanding of substance use and recovery gives you a unique perspective and ability to empathise with those you support.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You are a great listener, a clear communicator, and comfortable learning new IT skills to enhance your work.
