We're looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in Northamptonshire.
Location: Northamptonshire (delivery hubs in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, and Northampton)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Full time Salary: £44,471.72 – £48,906.23*
Contract: Permanent

Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team
Leading the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions
Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection
Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement
Working collaboratively across hubs, community locations and partner organisations
