Overview

Spectrum Hertfordshire Alcohol & Drug Recovery Service provides rapid access to a range of interventions and treatment options for adults experiencing problems with alcohol and substance misuse, promoting a focus on prevention, recovery and citizenship.

 

We are looking for an organized and committed individual to join our team as a Clinical/Data Administrator in Stevenage. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the performance of the service.

 

You will be responsible for managing data and administration, working with the management team to ensure that all general administration and prescription administration duties are carried out efficiently. You will be committed to taking a positive and holistic approach to your work that will provide excellent customer service for the people we work with.

 

Where: Stevenage

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £26,502.53- £27,861.26*

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026

 

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the role:

 

  • Ensure the accurate recording, collection and entry of data across the service
  • Collate, record and organise all Prescription Change Requests
  • Collate, record and organise all Prescription Batch requirements
  • Maintain and update the case management and other information databases as required
  • Collate and enter all data for PHE and Locally required reports accurately and to the deadline
  • Work closely with the Team Leader in the preparation of reports required by funders and within the organisation
  • Provide expertise on all data relating matters assisting the Recovery Workers on case management systems.
  • Be a main port of call for all data relating matters as well as undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Team Leader

 

About you: 

 

  • Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and drug misuse arena.
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • The ability to write reports and carry out analysis of information.
  • Experience of effective use of line supervision.
  • Demonstrable administrative and IT skills
  • The ability to communicate confidentially and effectively.
  • The ability to work alone and keep calm under pressure.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good IT Skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications and the ability to maintain data management and information exchange systems.
