From April 2026we’ll be launching a brand-new, forward-thinking model of care at Change Grow Live — one designed to empower recovery, improve health outcomes, and strengthen community wellbeing. 

We’re looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Service Manager to help bring this vision to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team and shape a service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Your focus will be to:

  • Lead, inspire and support a passionate team delivering life-changing care to adults, children, and young people. 
  • Champion quality, safety, and best practice as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring high standards and strong safeguarding. 
  • Build meaningful partnerships with clinicians, pharmacies, and community stakeholders to deliver joined-up, person-centred care. 
  • Drive innovation in harm reduction, medically assisted recovery, and outreach delivery — always keeping people at the heart of what we do.

About You 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has experience leading people and services in a complex health or social care setting. 
  • Understands safeguarding, governance, and quality assurance inside and out. 
  • Can inspire teams, build trust and deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Brings a genuine passion for improving lives and leading in a way that reflects our values: Be Open, Be Compassionate, Be Bold. 

The Details  

  • Location: Peterborough
  • *Salary: £52,221.35 – £54,427.84 (based on full-time hours) 
  • Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week 
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
