We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £44,471.72 – £48,906.23*

Contract: Permanent

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

About the Role

 

As one of our Lead Nurses, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery service.

You’ll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, fostering a culture of safety, compassion and continuous learning. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support people in their recovery journey — helping them to achieve positive, lasting change.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
  • Leading on the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions.
  • Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection.
  • Supporting the development of staff and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively across hubs, community sites, and partner organisations.
  • No two days are the same — but each one will make a difference.
