Are you passionate about creating positive change and supporting individuals through their recovery journeys? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals from all backgrounds to join our inclusive team as a Senior Multiple Disadvantages In-reach Worker

Why Work with Us?

At Change Grow Live, we are committed to empowering every person who comes through our doors. We believe in providing a safe and supportive space where everyone is respected and valued, and where individuals can rebuild their lives and thrive. Our core values—Be open, be compassionate, and be bold—guide us in delivering personalised care and treatment options that are as diverse as the people we support. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a role where inclusion and care are at the heart of everything we do, this is your opportunity!

This role forms a key part of a broader multi-agency approach to supporting housed residents. The post holder will work collaboratively with a range of in-house and external partners to ensure that individuals accomodated with Housing First experience equitable access to the specialist services they require. A central aspect of the role is to provide a high-quality, consistent service to groups who have traditionally found it difficult to engage with mainstream provision. Many service users will present with drug and/or alcohol-related issues and may have co-existing or complex needs. The role will also involve undertaking outreach work to engage both current and potential service users, supporting them to access the help and services available.

At our Camden service, we are dedicated to providing support for individuals who access our services. We aim to empower every individual by offering holistic support and personalised treatment to meet their unique needs. We provide a range of options, including one-to-one and group sessions, complemented by medical and clinical treatments.
