An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live- The Ways Warrington young people’s team as a Young Persons Resilience Worker this role includes delivering targeted interventions to young people around drug and alcohol awareness, education and prevention.
You will manage a caseload of young peoplea nd provide 1-to-1 support for under 18-year-olds who may be curious about, experimenting with or using substances regularly. You will also collaborate with partner agencies to ensure young people accessing the service can make safer choices and thrive.
There is a wide array of training and development opportunities to help support you in your work.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (pro rata for part time hours)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 30th November 2026 (Maternity Cover)
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
