As Hospital Liaison Worker at Change Grow Live you will based primarily at UCLH in the Camden borough, the role will be in ED and admissions wards and will provide rapid access to assessment, brief intervention and liaison, discharge planning and onward referral for service users attending hospital with substance misuse related issues.

Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on expereince (Based on full time hours - pro rata for part time)
Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week
Where: University College London Hospital.
Allowance: £4133.14 Inner London Weighting, Pro Rata
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
What we will give to you:
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
