They care.

At Change Grow Live, our values — be open, be compassionate, be bold — shape everything we do. Every day, our teams work together to create the conditions for success, supporting people to change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

We Thrive by recruiting for success, recognising and rewarding effort. We are safe, healthy, agile and flexible in how we work.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our West Kent Service.

You’ll play a vital role in leading and inspiring a passionate, multi-disciplinary team, empowering them to deliver outstanding support for adults affected by substance use across the region. You’ll model our values every day, creating a positive, trauma-informed culture where people are supported to reach their goals and where every voice counts.

Working alongside the Service Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the operational management and ongoing development of your team — ensuring a safe, high-quality, and responsive service that reflects both local needs and national standards.

Together as a team, we are learning, developing, growing, and identifying future talent and leaders to deliver our mission.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £35,220.59 – £37,184.91 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
