Overview

A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Project Managerleading the delivery and service development of the community treatment project alongside the current Community Treatment Project Manager as part of a collaborative team. We are hoping this role is for you.

 

You will support overseeing all strands of Community Treatment, including opiates, alcohol and non-opiate pathways.  

 

Where: Hull

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week 

Full Time Salary: £39,891.91 - £44,471.72 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)  

Contract Type: Permanent 

Responsibilities

About the Role: 

 

  • Manage expectations and delivery of the drug and alcohol plan aligned to strategy proprieties for the city and always communicate effectively and clearly. 
  • Lead on the implementation and transformation of partnerships and integrated care
  • Articulate and deliver clear presentations and messages to staff, service users and stakeholders when needed
  • Build professional relationships and effective communication streams with employees, service users and stakeholders
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, resource plans, benefits, and manage accordingly with the senior leadership team (SLT)
  • Liaise with partners to create and review existing operational pathways in and out of the service.
  • Implement service user and staff feedback measuring the experience of all stakeholders affected
  • Provide line management, supervision, and leadership to achieve performance outcomes in line with service level and contractual arrangements.
  • Manage financial and budgetary commitments alongside the services manager and deputy service manager.
  • Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the service and actively engage, involve and consult with service users regarding on-going service development

 

About you: 

 

  • Considerable experience of working within substance misuse services with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
  • A solid understanding of how people experience change and the change process
  • Ability to influence people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Experience of managing project development and leading a service operationally
  • Experience of working within contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems
  • Experience of staff supervision
  • Meeting demanding targets and deadlines within financial constraints
  • Experience of Risk assessment and treatment care planning
