Join Us as an Recovery Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator to join us at our Northamptonshire service. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time in a way that best meets their individual needs. Initially, the role will be within the Engagement Team, taking referrals and completing assessments. Alongside this, we ask that the successful candidate also support with caseload management.
Due to ongoing changes within our service, there may also be opportunities, and at times the need, to support additional teams as we continue to adapt and develop.
Location: Northampton
Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Full time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st of March 2026
**Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
