Our Manchester service is looking to recruit an Administrator to become a valuable member of our administration team.

Our Manchester service thrives as a dynamic and collaborative team, featuring a dedicated staff, including a service manager, consultant psychiatrists, medical professionals, caring nurses, attentive healthcare assistants, empathetic recovery staff, dedicated volunteers, efficient administrators, and supportive peer mentors. Together, we come together with care to provide comprehensive support to individuals accessing our services.

 

Location: Manchester

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)

Full Time Salary: £25077.00 (based on full time hours, pro rata if part time hours)

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a warm and friendly person to join our busy service in Manchester. As the first point of contact, you will greet all visitors promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

  • Front of House Support: Help individuals entering treatment.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and manage external visitors and professionals, ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Confidential Environment: Maintain a confidential reception area.
  • Service Information: Discuss support services offered.
  • Appointment Coordination: Greet individuals who are attending appointments, notify staff of arrivals, and signpost to other services.

About You

  • Office Skills: Knowledge of general office procedures and minute-taking experience.
  • IT Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to requests for assistance.
  • Communication: Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Attitude: Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward those accessing our service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work flexibly as a team member.
