Overview

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each service user as an individual and working with them to find the right care and support options.

Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our all-age, integrated substance misuse support and recovery service in Nottinghamshire – in the role of Team Leader for the Young People, Children and Families Team.

You will be joining a specialist team that provides targeted prevention and substance misuse support to children and young people. The service supports young people that are using alcohol or drugs themselves and children and young people who are impacted by someone else’s drug or alcohol use, usually by those in their immediate family.

We are an outreach service working holistically and delivered in partnership with a range of multi-agency stakeholders across health, education, and youth justice services to meet the wide range of needs that children, young people and families are faced with. The post holder will be required to travel across Nottinghamshire with some hybrid working.

Where: Nottinghamshire Countywide

Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week

Full time Salary: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 depending on experience, pro rata for part time hours
