National Framework Lead – Detoxification and Rehabilitation – based at home or from a local delivery hub – hybrid working welcomed

Working as part of a team on this exciting cross sector initiative you will be working at the forefront of organisational innovation and partnership development to enable us to do things better.
You will be working to ensure ease of access to inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation services across the UK, helping people to make supported life changing decisions and to get to where they want to be.
You will lead a number of initiatives to support the access, availability, acceptability and quality of inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation for Change Grow Live across the UK.
This is a key leadership role with significant strategic responsibility and relationship building will be a key skill. You will support organisational communication and understanding of the importance of detox and rehab services and the significant difference they can make to people’s lives. You will lead our National Framework, website, key internal staff and external forums in this area of work. You will also support the development of emergent new opportunities in this area and lead associated implementations and staff teams. You will manage existing contracts in this area of work, most significantly the West Midlands Framework. Providing line management and oversight of this project, working to support our dedicated West Midlands Framework Manager (WMFM) to support and build collaborative relationships with Subcontracted Partners, Commissioners and referring providers.
You will work to maximise engagement, delivering induction and training for providers and partners in relation to associated systems and processes and managing all ongoing communications.
This is a high profile and important organisational innovation which is truly inclusive of sector partners.
You will need to be highly organised, an excellent communicator with a passion for ensuring quality of service provision for our service users and with the ability to undertake analysis to enable day to management of complex resources to do things better for our service users.
