We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist and are looking to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to join our administration team

 

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role with good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will provide support across the many hubs in our Service to ensure the day to day delivery is achieved.

Full Time Hours: 37.5

Full time Salary Range: £25,077.00 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

Key Activities:

  • As first point of contact within the service, ensure Service Users and other visitors receive a friendly and efficient service and that all calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Contribute to the management of an effective appointments system.
  • Contribute to the improvement and upkeep of all client areas, taking responsibility for ensuring the welcome area/client area promotes premises fit for recovery.
  • Encourage service user feedback and the use of the Suggestion Box to all clients accessing the service.
  • Ensure all client information displayed in the waiting room area is current and relevant, keeping the wall space tidy and maintaining sufficient stock of leaflets and information.
  • Signposting service users to the relevant part of the service.
  • Providing basic advice and information on the service offer
  • Providing general support to Peer Mentors who are manning front of house.
  • Inputting information onto the CGL Information System as/when required
  • Follow the CGL incident reporting policy where necessary.

 

 

 

General terms of reference:

In carrying out the above duties the post holder will:

 

  • Work flexibly within an agreed number of hours of work to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
  • Covering all CGL Hubs within Hull when cover is required.
  • Seek to improve personal performance, contribution, knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in appraisal, training and supervision processes.
  • Keep abreast of developments in services, legislation and practice relevant to the client group
  • Ensure the implementation of all CGL policies.
  • Contribute to maintaining safe systems of work and a safe environment
  • Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post, this will include supporting prescribing administration and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) support.
  • Work flexibly and support the needs of the business, this will include some evening and weekend work.
