Positive Choices is Change Grow Live’s confidential service in Coventry supporting young people between the ages of 5 and 25. We offer advice and guidance to young people who are using drug or alcohol, if they are affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol misuse or require support around unhealthy relationships and sexual health.
We are delighted to welcome potential candidates to apply for the Young Person Resiliance Worker position at Positive Choices.
This resilience worker with a targeted intervention coordinator specialist lead role will strengthen Positive Choices current offer in reaching more young people in schools and social care settings. This candidate will join a dynamic and passionate team who are dedicated to working towards promoting positive outcomes for young people. The post holder will take responsibility, directed by the line manager, for the activity across the service that is targeted towards working with identified vulnerable groups who are at risk of developing issues with substance misuse.

Full Time Salary: £27,861 - £32,002 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months
