Location: Brighton

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary Range: £26,502.53- £29,529.80  (based on 37.5 hours per week, pro rata for part time)

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

 

Responsibilities

You will work to promote trauma informed practice within the team and wider service through consultation, case management, training, reflective practice, and research. Under the supervision of a Senior Psychologist, you will offer a range of evidence-based psychological and psychosocial interventions relevant to address the degree of complexity experienced within this population of people. 

 

Our model emphasises physical, psychological, and emotional safety and helps people to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives and in their communities. You will provide low level brief psychological interventions, primarily in groups, but also on an individual basis; input into service development initiatives; and assist our psychologists, who will provide regular supervision. 

 

Our national Psychology Team provides connection, peer support, reflective practice, and CPD.
