At Change Grow Live, we believe in the power of compassion, respect, and tailored support to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where people feel empowered to grow, recover, and thrive.
Our team is guided by three core values: Be Open, Be Compassionate, Be Bold. These principles shape everything we do, ensuring that we provide high-quality care while fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Prison Link Drug Recovery Coordinator to provide vital support to individuals in custody and as they transition back into the community. This role focuses on working “through the gate” — offering continuous, person-centred care from inside the prison to post-release, ensuring a seamless pathway into appropriate drug, alcohol, and recovery services.
You will work closely with prison staff, probation, community treatment providers, and other partner agencies to assess needs, develop tailored support plans, and motivate individuals towards positive change. Your work will involve both one-to-one and group interventions, promoting harm reduction, relapse prevention, and recovery-focused goals.
The successful candidate will bring empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, breaking cycles of substance misuse and reoffending, and helping individuals build a healthier, more stable future.
