Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our young people by creating a focussed culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff. The post holder will lead the delivery of services supporting and empowering Children, Young People, and their Families across Hertfordshire to overcome issues around substance misuse.
The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the services children & families ‘Hidden Harm’ team who support children and young people affected by parental substance misuse. They will also support the strategic development of the Children & Young Persons Service in Hertfordshire, leading by example in creating a professional and young persons focused team culture committed to excellent service delivery.

When: We're looking for the right person to join our team on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £35,220.59- £37,184.90
Allowance: Outer Fringe Weighting £694.25 (paid pro rata)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
