This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative early intervention team co-located with Luton Council’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). As a Families First Senior Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families facing complex challenges related to substance use, with the overarching goal of preventing escalation into statutory child protection services.
You will work directly with families requiring intensive support, developing swift referral pathways, conducting assessments, and delivering both psychosocial and clinical interventions. Working collaboratively across agencies, you will ensure that safeguarding is prioritised and progress is continually reviewed.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: £32,002.35 - £34,214.21 dependent on experience (dependent on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
