HR Recruitment Coordinator – Join Our People Team

We’re looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our People Team at Change Grow Live. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting fair, consistent, and inclusive recruitment across our organisation.

Location: North of England – Hybrid, with occasional travel required for team days and events.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
*Salary: £25,654.66 to £28,692.82 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

 

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in attracting and shortlisting candidates, while providing expert advice and guidance to recruiting managers. Your focus will be on ensuring we recruit the best person for every role through fair, consistent, and inclusive processes.

This is a varied role where you’ll:

  • Coordinate recruitment for a wide range of roles, ensuring smooth, inclusive, and candidate-focused processes.

  • Support agency recruitment nationally, liaising with our preferred suppliers and ensuring compliance checks are in place.

  • Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, helping position Change Grow Live as an employer of choice.

  • Build strong working relationships with recruiting managers, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns and innovative approaches to candidate attraction.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Experience of high-volume recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence juggling competing priorities.

  • Good IT skills (experience of iCIMS or another ATS would be an advantage).

  • Energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to inclusive recruitment.
