At Change Grow Live, we’re proud to be launching the Liverpool River Service — an exciting new service designed to support children, young people, and families affected by someone else's drug and/or alcohol use. We’re building something special — and we’re looking for passionate, compassionate people to be part of it.
As a Children and Families Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping young people under the age of 18 find their voice, feel heard, and take steps toward a safer, happier, and healthier future. You’ll support them one-to-one in a confidential space, delivering a range of age-appropriate interventions through play, creativity, and conversation. Using a person-centred approach, you’ll help young people explore the impact of difficult situations — and empower them to grow with confidence and resilience.
At Change Grow Live, we thrive by recruiting for success, recognising and rewarding effort, and supporting our people to stay safe, healthy, agile and flexible.
We are more than just a workplace — we are a place of belonging, where every voice counts and everyone is valued. Our teams connect, collaborate and learn together, creating the conditions for success for all who work and volunteer with us.
Together, we are:
Learning, developing and growing, identifying future talent and leaders at all levels
Living our values – being open, compassionate, and bold in everything we do
Delivering world-class learning and development opportunities to help you reach your potential
Creating an open, inclusive, and transparent culture, where you can bring your whole self to work
