As a Case Manager in the Integrated Offender Management team with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services and are involved in the criminal justice system, reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.

 

Where: Leeds

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week 

Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time) 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

 

Responsibilities

You will be working as part of the Integrated Offender Management team based in Leeds city centre reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.

 

The team supports people involved in the criminal justice system with a focus of reducing domestic abuse and serious acquisitive crime.

 

Working from our city centre base and the community, alongside other professionals such as police, probation, drug and alcohol services, housing, social care, and employment services, strong and positive partnership working is a key element of the case manager role.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent engagement skills to conduct personalised assessments for referrals from our criminal justice partners and deliver evidence based interventions alongside practical support and safeguarding.

 

About you: 

 

  • Experience of supporting and advising participants with complex and/or multiple barriers to success.
  • Knowledge of the Criminal Justice system.  
  • Experience of working within Criminal Justice Partnerships.
  • Excellent understanding of issues affecting those involved within the criminal justice system such as drug and alcohol issues.
  • Knowledge of effective interventions that lead to reduction in drug related crime.
  • Experience of working within a custody setting.
