We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate IOM Recovery Coordinator – Drug & Alcohol Worker to join our multi-agency team working within the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) framework.
This is a pivotal role providing specialist substance misuse interventions to individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system and require structured support to break the cycle of offending.
You will be co-located across a range of settings, including probation offices, police stations, prisons, and community hubs, working closely with a wide range of partner agencies such as the police, probation, health services, and voluntary sector providers.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Deliver tailored substance misuse interventions to service users engaged in the IOM cohort.
Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred recovery plans.
Liaise and co-work with criminal justice partners, including probation officers, police IOM teams, courts, prisons, mental health and other benefical providers.
Participate in regular multi-agency case reviews, contributing to joint decision-making and coordinated support planning.
Provide assertive outreach and engagement to individuals who are hard to reach or reluctant to engage.
Monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and contribute to safeguarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with service policies and data reporting requirements.
