An exciting opportunity has arisen within Spectrum for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey. As a Single Point of Contact Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll liaise with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
The post holder will work as part of the SPOC team, providing a single point of contact for all communication into Spectrum. The SPOC Team will work on a rota ensuring the service is fully operational 6 days per week, with service hours being Mon and Sat 9am-5pm and Tues-Thurs 9am-7pm.
The SPOC will provide a combination of telephone triage, advice and brief intervention, onward signposting to universal services across Hertfordshire, as well as handling communication and enquiries from a wide range of professionals and partner organisations.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Allowance: Outer Fringe £694.25
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
