At Change Grow Live, we're driven by the belief that we can truly impact the lives of our service users. We offer a safe, supportive environment, honoring each individual and working collaboratively to identify the best treatment and care options. Are you a passionate and experienced clinical leader, driven by a commitment to harm reduction and community-focused care? Change Grow Live is seeking a dynamic Lead Nurse to head up our newly commissioned Renfrewshire Alcohol & Drug Outreach Service.

This is very much a “boots on the ground” role – our services are mobile, responsive, and rooted in the community. Delivery includes engagement through a dedicated mobile harm reduction unit operating in known hotspots across the region. You will directly line-manage Specialist Nurses and Outreach Support Workers, and act as the clinical lead in their day-to-day practice.
