Do you spot the smallest detail? Do you want to make services run more smoothly and positively impact people’s lives? We’re after an Administrator to handle Summary Care Record (SCR) requests and support other admin tasks. You’ll join a tight-knit, enthusiastic team that values efficiency and mutual support.

 

Where: Mixture of home working and/or
local site. Delivering an administration service on behalf of all
services, there may be a requrement for occasional travel

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,077 per annum (dependent on full time hours, pro rata for part time)

Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Review health records and pull out the vital information to update individual case files with precision and care, ensuring every entry is spot-on.

  • Stay focused through repetitive tasks that underpin speedy interventions for our service users.

  • Embrace opportunities to learn and grow on digital-focused projects, sharing your know-how as you adapt and develop in the role.

  • Work proactively with colleagues to streamline processes and suggest improvements that boost overall team performance.

About You:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
