Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focused culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Dependency and Recovery team at our Stafford service. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service.
You will have some experience of, or knowledge of how to manage team members as well as experience of working closely with partners such as Probation, Police and Courts. The programme will deliver harm reduction, brief interventions, group programmes and referral into structured treatment if required. Change, Grow, Live services and staff will provide wraparound support and will work directly with partner organisations to support the individual.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: 6 month internal secondment
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
