An exciting opportunity has arisen within CGL Nottinghamshire Integrated Recovery Service, for the role of the Entry into Service (EIS) Team Leader within the Mansfield, Ashfield & Ollerton Locality.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as the team leader for the Mansfield Ashfield & Ollerton Locality. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership development and performance of the new operating model within this Service.
The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, alcohol and drug case management and achieving contractual targets and outcomes as required.
The post-holder will demonstrate the skills and knowledge to be able to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate effective case management pathways across disciplines and services, from engaging service users to working with our partners to ensure we provide a comprehensive service provision.
Where: Mansfield, Ashfield & Ollerton
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until the 31st of July 2026
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
