As Learning Delivery Manager, you will provide operational leadership to a national team of trainers, ensuring the consistent delivery of engaging, tailored training programmes that meet diverse role-specific needs. Working closely with the Head of Learning Delivery and Curriculum Development, you’ll translate strategic learning priorities into practice, managing blended curricula aligned with key frameworks such as OHID.


Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards through quality assurance, coaching, and continuous improvement, ensuring all learning is accessible, impactful, and supports our organisational goals including compliance, service quality, and workforce development.

 

*Full Time Salary Range: £42,076.87 - £46,683.60 (depending on experience) pro rata
Location: Flexible across the UK, hybrid working with regular meetings in London and other sites
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week


*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours

 

Responsibilities

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the national trainer team, promoting high performance and alignment with CGL’s values.
  • Oversee the scheduling and delivery of blended training across multiple formats and locations.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and operational leaders to implement inclusive, accessible learning curriculum's.
  • Monitor learner feedback and data to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage compliance with statutory training requirements and support audit processes.
  • Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and innovation within the training team.
  • Work alongside digital learning colleagues to optimise technology use in learning delivery.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing teams delivering blended learning in health, social care, education, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regulated training requirements and capability frameworks (e.g., OHID, HCPC).
  • Skilled in virtual and face-to-face training facilitation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and delivering accessible learning.
  • Relevant training qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Award in Education & Training, CIPD L&D qualification) desirable.
