Exciting Opportunity: Senior Respiratory Care Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take the lead in shaping our respiratory clinic offer across the Bootle and Southport areas. In this key role, you'll identify and refer individuals with respiratory conditions, playing a vital part in improving health outcomes within communities impacted by drugs and alcohol.

Location: Sefton
Part Time Hours: 22.5 per week, 
Full Time Salary Range: £32,002.35 - £34,214.20 (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the role:

  • To ensure effective and appropriate communication with all individuals, staff, community
    agencies and partner organisations.
  • To effectively manage risk and support positive risk taking when working with individuals.
  • To ensure the working environment is always presentable and portrays a professional image.
  • As part of the team participate in the promotion of health and wellbeing intervention
  • Liaise with and take direction from other healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Lead
    Clinician and Recovery Coordinators in ensuring co-ordination and continuity of care.
  • Ensure compliance within relevant organisational policies and procedures.

About you:

  • Non-judgmental attitude and experience of working with service users.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act within professional boundaries.
  • Experience of communicating clearly and effectively with service users and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of harm reduction and health promotions (desirable but not essential)
