At Change Grow Live, we’re looking for a motivated and visionary Digital Learning, Technology and Systems Manager to lead our digital learning journey, helping us support and grow our diverse workforce.

As our Digital Learning, Technology and Systems Manager, you will join an established and enthusiastic team dedicated to developing and evolving our learning and organisational development offer across the entirety of CGL. Together, we are passionate about shaping transformative learning journeys that empower our people, nurture connection, and inspire meaningful change in the communities we serve.

 

 

 Location: Flexible — based anywhere in the UK with hybrid working arrangements, including regular meetings across CGL.

*Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

 Full Time Salary Range:   £55,547.23 - £62,521.91                   (dependent on experience) 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per   week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based   on contracted hours. 

 

 

Responsibilities

About the Role:

 

  • You will champion digital learning innovation across the organisation.
  • You will lead the development and delivery of engaging, accessible, and impactful digital learning solutions that meet the needs of a varied and dynamic workforce.
  • Working collaboratively with teams across CGL, you will enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) and introduce new technologies that promote effective, flexible learning.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring learning is inclusive, equitable, and aligned with our commitment to breaking down barriers and supporting all colleagues to thrive.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and deliver a digital learning strategy that reflects the needs of all learners and supports our mission to transform lives.

  • Manage and continuously improve our Learning Management System, ensuring it is user-friendly, accessible, and effective.

  • Innovate by integrating emerging technologies like AI and virtual reality to enhance learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging content and share best practices.

  • Use data and learner feedback to refine and improve digital learning tools and outcomes.

  • Ensure all digital learning resources are inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.

  • Lead projects that deliver learning innovations on time and within budget, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • A Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent in professional experience).
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing digital learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Passionate about creating accessible, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences.

  • Confident in using data and analytics to drive learning improvements.

  • Collaborative and approachable, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.

  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Committed to continuous personal and professional development.
