In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts to create a positive employee experience and meaningful service user involvement across the organisation. Working closely with teams across Change Grow Live, you will design and implement innovative strategies that promote engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration at every level.
You will champion open communication and co-production, ensuring that feedback drives real action. Your leadership will strengthen our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, making Change Grow Live a workplace where everyone feels supported, motivated, and able to contribute their best.
Location: Flexible — hybrid working arrangements, including regular meetings in London and CGL other sites across the UK.
*Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £57,786.02 to £62,521.91 (dependent on experience)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive engagement and involvement strategy that reflects our organisational values and ambitions.
Lead service user involvement initiatives, fostering genuine partnerships and feedback loops.
Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to ensure consistent, inclusive messaging across all channels.
Support and grow employee networks and forums to build belonging and empowerment.
Drive anti-stigma initiatives and champion lived and living experience within the organisation.
Use data and insights to continually improve engagement and inclusion efforts.
Lead, support, and develop a diverse team committed to these goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
You bring significant leadership experience in employee engagement, inclusion, or related fields — ideally within public or third sector environments. You are a confident communicator and strategic thinker, skilled at building relationships and inspiring diverse stakeholders. Your passion for inclusion is matched by your ability to turn insight into impactful action.
You value openness, boldness, and compassion, and embody these values in how you lead and collaborate. Your emotional intelligence and commitment to continuous learning enable you to navigate complexity with empathy and clarity.
