Change Grow Live is a national charity dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those accessing our services. Our core values: be open, be compassionate and be bold guide us as we offer support and respect in a safe environment, treating each person as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

We are looking for a Polish Speaking Recovery Coordinator to join our outreach and engagement team in our vibrant Reading service.

In this role, you’ll work across our two hubs and within the community and outreach, partnering with various agencies to provide tailored support for individuals facing substance use challenges, particularly those with additional barriers such as homelessness, language needs, or no recourse to public funds (NRPF).

As part of a borough with unique demographics, we are particularly seeking a bilingual candidate who speaks Polish. Your language skills will help us connect with individuals who might otherwise face barriers to accessing support.

Działając na terenie o unikalnych cechach demograficznych, poszukujemy kandydata dwujęzycznego, mówiącego po polsku. Twoje umiejętności językowe pomogą nam nawiązać kontakt z osobami, które w przeciwnym razie mogłyby napotkać bariery w dostępie do naszego wsparcia.

This is an opportunity to bring your compassion, energy, and dedication to a role where you can make a real difference. Every day, you’ll contribute to creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
