Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator in our Non-Opiates Team who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users. The post holder will ensure a high quality and consistent service to groups who traditionally and regularly find our services challenging to access; service users may have either drug and/or alcohol related issues and may have a co-morbidity or complexity of need. In fulfilling their duties, the post-holder will be expected to work with individuals to develop positive lifestyle changes and health choices. Promote harm reduction and personalised health promotion interventions to encourage people to access mainstream services within the community.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
