We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Team, with a key focus on supporting individuals subject to Alcohol Treatment Requirements (ATR), Drug Rehabilitation Requirements (DRR), and other community orders issued by the courts.
Where: Hull
Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full-Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the Role:
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping individuals make positive life changes while fulfilling their court-imposed obligations. You will provide tailored support throughout their community order programme, ensuring a structured and supportive approach to recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver support to individuals on ATR/DRR and other community orders.
Signpost and refer clients to relevant groups and services.
Work collaboratively with key partners, including Forward Trust and the Probation Service.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate case records.
Support service users in achieving recovery goals and reducing reoffending.
Requirements:
Knowledge of ATR, DRR, and community order processes (desirable).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to promoting recovery, rehabilitation, and harm reduction.
