We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Team, with a key focus on supporting individuals subject to Alcohol Treatment Requirements (ATR), Drug Rehabilitation Requirements (DRR), and other community orders issued by the courts.

 

Where: Hull

Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week 

Full-Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time) 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

 

 

Responsibilities

About the Role:
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping individuals make positive life changes while fulfilling their court-imposed obligations. You will provide tailored support throughout their community order programme, ensuring a structured and supportive approach to recovery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support to individuals on ATR/DRR and other community orders.

  • Signpost and refer clients to relevant groups and services.

  • Work collaboratively with key partners, including Forward Trust and the Probation Service.

  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate case records.

  • Support service users in achieving recovery goals and reducing reoffending.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ATR, DRR, and community order processes (desirable).

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to promoting recovery, rehabilitation, and harm reduction.
