We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Navigator - Criminal Justice within Change Grow Live West Sussex, working with people accessing substance use support, with an additional housing need.
The post holder will work closely with Probation and the Prison Estate to offer support to people leaving prison, people in short-term accommodation and people at risk of housing loss. In addition, they will provide support and advice to the wider Housing Navigator team on working with people at risk of a custodial sentence and leaving prison.
You will actively engage with people and the services they need to support improved health, wellbeing, and social inclusion. Providing wrap around support including practical, emotional, and social aspects of responding to and preventing homelessness and maintaining a tenancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar field, who wants to make a difference in working providing Housing Support in our service. You will be based at both at our hubs across West Sussex, district and borough housing teams and partner agencies so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential to this role.

Full-Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full- Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (pro rata for part time)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
