At Change Grow Live, we believe change is possible for everyone.
We work alongside people experiencing some of life’s most complex challenges — including rough sleeping, insecure accommodation, and substance use — offering respectful, person-centred support that starts with empathy and builds towards lasting, meaningful change.
We thrive by recruiting for success, recognising and rewarding effort, and creating safe, healthy, agile, and flexible workplaces. Together, we are learning, developing, growing, and identifying future talent and leaders to help deliver our mission. At CGL, every voice counts, every person belongs, and we create the conditions for success for all who work, volunteer, and access our services.
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate Team Leader to join our Camden RTS Service, leading a dedicated and skilled team working at the heart of street outreach and holistic engagement.
Camden RTS is more than a service — it’s a visible, collaborative presence on the streets and a pathway toward safety, stability, and hope. We’re out every day connecting with people where they are — in public spaces and at our central HUB — building trust through consistent, compassionate engagement.
Working closely with local partners, we take a creative, inclusive, and person-centred approach, offering tailored support to meet each person’s unique needs. This includes:
Helping people move away from rough sleeping and access safe, suitable accommodation.
Supporting individuals with local or out-of-borough connections to return home in a planned and supported way.
Running a multi-agency hub in Camden Town where people can access a wide range of services.
Enabling people to access treatment and ongoing support for drug and alcohol use.
Connecting people with physical and mental health services to improve wellbeing.
Tackling anti-social behaviour through collaboration with Camden Council, police, and other agencies.
As Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the culture and impact of our RTS team. You’ll:
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance, supporting a skilled team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed interventions.
Offer reflective supervision, performance management, and opportunities for learning and development.
Lead by example, stepping in to cover shifts across outreach and HUB functions when needed.
Build strong, respectful relationships with people who use our service, colleagues, and key external partners.
Champion inclusive, solution-focused working practices that support staff and service users alike.
Ensure safeguarding is central to everything we do, managing risk effectively and collaboratively.
Support the Service Manager to develop and improve service delivery, staying agile and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.
