Join Our Compassionate Team at Change Grow Live in Manchester!

Change Grow Live is a national charity dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those accessing our services. Our core values: be open, be compassionate and be bold guide us as we offer support and respect in a safe environment, treating each person as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Exciting Opportunity: Volunteering Team Leader.

Are you passionate about the power of volunteering and its role in transforming lives? We're looking for a dynamic Volunteering Team Lead to shape and grow a vibrant volunteer programme that truly enhances our services. Volunteers are at the heart of what we do—bringing fresh perspectives, valuable skills, and vital support that enrich the experiences of both staff and service users. You’ll work closely with staff, management, and the people we support to identify how volunteers can make a meaningful impact and help us deliver even more effective, person-centred services.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a diverse range of volunteers, placing them across projects and within the wider community. You’ll ensure each placement promotes personal development and fulfilment by delivering training directly and identifying growth opportunities along the way. If you're someone who can inspire others, build strong relationships, and create positive change through volunteering, we’d love to hear from you.
