We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Worker / Practitioner who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users with complex needs. You will ensure that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.  

 

As a Senior Worker within our Mansfield multi-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex substance use needs. Your expertise will contribute to effective interventions, improved health outcomes, and meaningful progress in recovery for service users across the community.

Where: Mansfield 

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week 

Full-Time Salary Range: £32,002.35- £34,214.21 (pro rata for part time hours)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until the 28th of February 2026

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges.
  • Develop tailored care plans that support harm reduction, recovery, and access to treatment.
  • Offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed interventions in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Link in with local services  to reduce the barriers faced by individuals using our service
  • Deliver training and guidance to colleagues, ensuring best practices in substance misuse support.
  • Contribute and attend relevant multi-agency meetings

About You:

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who:

  • Has experience working with complex substance use needs in a harm reduction or recovery-focused setting.
  • Is passionate about empowering people to make informed choices about their health and well-being.
  • Is confident in developing partnerships to improve service accessibility and engagement.
  • Can provide training and guidance to colleagues, sharing knowledge around harm reduction and interventions.
