Change Grow Live Warwickshire have an exciting new post and are looking for a Quality Lead to join our team

The post holder will be integral to ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across all sites in Warwickshire.
The service is user-focused and aspirational in its work with service users to realise their identified goals including the attainment of the highest quality of life possible, social reintegration and sustained reduction in drug/alcohol misuse.
As part of the management team, you will be required to undertake a quality assurance and development role, which will include conducting regular and cyclical audits of all aspects of service delivery in addition to observed practice, staff coaching, designing and delivering training and workshop sessions.
In fulfilling these aims the post holder will keep up to date with relevant knowledge regarding recommended interventions and practice guidance.
The post-holder will work closely with the management team to ensure the effective identification, assessment and management of risk, compliance with relevant legislation and policy and procedures are upheld across the service.
You will take a governance lead, ensuring the effective review of critical and serious untoward incidents and that learning is disseminated appropriately throughout the service and wider organisation.
Location: Countywide, Warwickshire
Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 Dependent on experience (pro rata for part time).
About the role:
Lead quality improvement through regular, cyclical audits across all areas of service delivery and governance.
Identify good practice and areas for development, create robust action plans, and implement them in collaboration with leaders and front-line staff.
Establish evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of improvement plans and identify effective practices.
Support observed practice, coaching, and deliver training and workshops with the wider team.
Collaborate with senior leaders to co-ordinate integrated quality audits in line with the organisational audit cycle.
Prepare coroner and CQC reports on request.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
