Change Grow Live Warwickshire have an exciting new post and are looking for a Quality Lead to join our team

The post holder will be integral to ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across all sites in Warwickshire.

The service is user-focused and aspirational in its work with service users to realise their identified goals including the attainment of the highest quality of life possible, social reintegration and sustained reduction in drug/alcohol misuse.

As part of the management team, you will be required to undertake a quality assurance and development role, which will include conducting regular and cyclical audits of all aspects of service delivery in addition to observed practice, staff coaching, designing and delivering training and workshop sessions.

In fulfilling these aims the post holder will keep up to date with relevant knowledge regarding recommended interventions and practice guidance.

The post-holder will work closely with the management team to ensure the effective identification, assessment and management of risk, compliance with relevant legislation and policy and procedures are upheld across the service.

You will take a governance lead, ensuring the effective review of critical and serious untoward incidents and that learning is disseminated appropriately throughout the service and wider organisation.

Location: Countywide, Warwickshire

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 Dependent on experience (pro rata for part time).

About the role:  

• Lead quality improvement through regular, cyclical audits across all areas of service delivery and governance.

• Identify good practice and areas for development, create robust action plans, and implement them in collaboration with leaders and front-line staff.

• Establish evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of improvement plans and identify effective practices.

• Support observed practice, coaching, and deliver training and workshops with the wider team.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to co-ordinate integrated quality audits in line with the organisational audit cycle.

• Investigate incidents thoroughly, disseminate learning across teams, and compile quarterly reports to identify trends informing service-wide quality improvement and contract monitoring.
• Plan, chair, and contribute to team meetings that support a learning culture, share updates, and provide staff feedback loops.

• Prepare coroner and CQC reports on request.

• Analyse service user feedback, complaints, and compliments to identify themes and implement targeted improvements.

About you:  

Education, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in Social Care and the Drug & Alcohol sector, with strong knowledge of the recovery ethos.
• Background in project development, change management, and use of quality management systems.
• Skilled in root cause analysis for serious incident investigations.
• Proficient in audits and service reviews to drive evaluation and improvement.
• Experience working within regulated services, including knowledge of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
• Confident delivering training to diverse groups using coaching and interactive methods.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures for children and vulnerable adults.
• Proven ability to analyse and cross-reference data sources to inform conclusions and improvement priorities.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear, persuasive communication.
• Able to evaluate the impact of change, lead teams through improvement processes, and promote CGL’s values through action.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
