As part of a diverse and professional team, you will help individuals access essential health, social care, and housing services, supporting them to rebuild their lives and re-engage with their community.

About Camden RTS: Camden RTS, commissioned by Camden Council, delivers vital support to rough sleepers and individuals engaged in street-based activity. The service combines assertive outreach with a multi-agency hub, providing tailored interventions to support people to move off the streets and access services that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

The Role: As a Camden RTS Hub Key Worker, you will be at the heart of our services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
