The Ways Warrington are a dynamic and innovative Young Person’s service within Warrington, we are a specialist service supporting young people primarily aged 18 and under in relation to substance use. We have an exciting opportunity for a Young Person's Resilience Worker to join us!
As a Young Person’s Resilience Worker, you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering interventions that empower young people (ages 10-18) to reduce risk, build resilience, and lead safer, healthier lives.
Your role includes joint working with agencies, facilitating communication, advising on substance use, delivering educational workshops, attending safeguarding meetings, and providing feedback.
You’ll manage a caseload, offering assessments, care planning, 1:1 and group interventions, outreach, and community events for young people using alcohol or drugs in Warrington. Strong engagement skills, partnership working, and a solid understanding of safeguarding are essential.
Where: Warrington - This is an office and community-based role. The successful candidate will be expected to engage directly, in person, with young people in the local community, including schools, colleges and community hubs.
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependant on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
